At UGG Since 1974, we take pride in our handcrafted quality; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, standard items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or personalized boots are crafted specifically for you and are generally ineligible for return unless deemed faulty.
Return Process

Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn boots in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is protected for transit.
- 3.Ship to the Gold Coast
Send your package back to our workshop in Miami, Queensland, using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe arrival.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
